What we collect and why

Account details such as your name, email and login, to create and secure your account. The call notes and outputs you save, to provide the service. Settings such as your company, offer, tone and sign off, to shape your emails. Usage and device data such as IP address and browser, to keep Aftercall secure and improve it. Support messages, to help you.

Legal basis

We rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure and useful product, and your consent where we ask for it.

Who we share it with

Service providers who host and run Aftercall, including the AI provider that prepares your outputs. Content is processed only to create your output and is not used by us to train models. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing. Professional advisers where needed. Authorities where the law requires it. Some providers are outside the UK, and we rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete any follow up at any time, turn on automatic deletion after 30 days, or delete your account, which removes your saved work. We keep limited records longer where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
