These terms apply to your use of Aftercall. Aftercall is provided by Four Chimps Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (we, us). When you use Aftercall you are contracting with Four Chimps Ltd. By creating an account or continuing to use Aftercall you agree to these terms.

The service

Aftercall turns sales call notes into a follow up email, next steps and a CRM summary. You must be at least 18 and, if you use Aftercall for a business, have authority to accept these terms for it. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Fair use

You must not use Aftercall for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, to send spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with its security, including malware, probing, scraping or reverse engineering. You must not resell Aftercall or get around plan limits.

Your content and outputs

You keep ownership of the notes you add and the outputs you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for what you submit and for checking outputs before you send or rely on them. Outputs are written by an automated system and can contain mistakes. We may remove content or restrict access where it breaks these terms, and we will act on valid complaints from rights holders sent to hello@fourchimps.co.uk.

Our rights

Four Chimps Ltd owns Aftercall, its software, design and brand. We give you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use Aftercall within your plan.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are covered by the Paddle Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Aftercall running well but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we give no implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, non payment, or a security or fraud risk. You can delete your account at any time from Account, which removes your saved work.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts. We may update them and will tell you about important changes. Questions go to hello@fourchimps.co.uk.
