We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on every Aftercall plan. If Aftercall is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email hello@fourchimps.co.uk with your account email and we will arrange it for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Account and then Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
